Halloween Tomorrow?

And everyone knows that CLASSIC Disney is the best.....
(Be sure to pause the ipod in the sidebar. I have them all set to not play automatically, or to loop the music, so it must be a glitch).

- I can't believe Halloween is tomorrow! It's kinda sad because the graphics junkie in me hasn't used all the awesome Halloween backgrounds that I've found. (For months now, half of the wallpaper/backgrounds sites won't even load. They used to all load fine). I haven't used all of my old Halloween headers either.
- The weather was so great last Friday. It was actually cool enough to wear a light sweater.... during THE DAY! (That's a record breaker right there). I took advantage of the nice weather by watching "Elf" when I got home. (Been thinking about that movie for a week now).
It was such a good day. We brought Chick-Fil'A home and I got an iced mocha from McDonald's. The last couple of nights have been in the 40's! The days are warm again now, but it's been nice at night at least. It won't last, but I'm lovin' it while it's here.
- Made SEVEN more necklaces this weekend. I posted them on my crafts blog, HERE.
- I'll post photos and video of our Halloween yard decorations sometime this week.

Nope, no way, no how, can't do it...

No, I WILL NOT do the "write" thing, you stupid cat. Why don't you just go eat more lasagna?
By accident the other day I stumbled across a story idea that I had jotted down in a notebook. I had completely forgotten about it. (Self preservation, anyone?)
With all these necklaces I'll be making to sell, I won't have time to listen to any bratty characters begging for attention while I'm trying to get a good night's sleep. They can just go stand in the corner like good little characters instead of battling it out with each other, demanding that THEIR story be next in line.
I've already put off two books that have been inside my head for years. Iain was the one that "persuaded" everyone - with the tip of his sword I imagine - to shut up while HE talked my head off instead.
Umm, Iain had a Scots brogue so I didn't fight him off too much. I think I was totally and completely taken advantage of by him... a fictional character.

Well, I need to get some sleep. Night all... or no one. If anyone read this post, my apologies. I've had a headache all day and it was a rather boring evening. This post is a prime example of 'Blog Post Imitating Life.'
Hmmm-- That should be needlepointed on a pillow, or at least a flair on Facebook. Don't ya think? (A Facebook flair is probably the only way I'd ever become published anyway. Pathetic).

Fairytales are Real

The new tv series, “Once Upon a Time” finally graced us with it’s presence. (I never thought it’d arrive).
I actually liked it a lot. I think this might be the start of a good series! My only gripe is they got Snow White’s prince’s name wrong. They called him “Prince Charming.”

In Snow White, he is just called “The Prince.“ It’s Cinderella that has “Prince Charming.”
I’m also upset that there’s no Belle/Beast in this series. It’s only MY FAVORITE of the Disney flicks. The Blue Fairy was kinda annoying, too, but still.... I think this will be a good series. I hope so anyway, as there's not much on tv these days that I care for.
By the way-- I loved the ending, with time moving again on the clock. That was great!

Just a couple of the new siggies that I made:

Happy Birthday, Lance & April!

Below is the girls' (minus Wendy) wishing my brother a Happy Birthday.
They're party animals.

I do wish the party hats hadn't ended up blurry, but for some reason the picture quality went downhill after saving. I don't know why, as I had it at 100%
I guess that's just clip art for ya.
